Bleeding at CD19

Ya Allah saya bleeding... Dikala saya mengharapkan saya ovulate pada hari ini ataupun telah ovulate, where i am not so sure.. ini hanya base on BBT saya.



Bukan ape the last 2 months, BBT saya seems normal. I am happy with it. Ntah kenapa around 10.20am bila saya pegi toilet dan jumpa bleeding saya jadi panic. Oh panic attack gitu... Kalau orang yang xpanic xtaulah kan.. Saya panic sebab tak pernah kena...

Kalau tengok kat temperature tak lah haywire kan... temperature agak consistent sebenarnya...
Maaf saya tak dapat share picture darah tu, takut ada sesiapa muntah. Tapi dia memang fresh blood, merah dan bukan spotting. Terus bagitau boss nak jumpa doctor kat opis. Turun-turun ramainya manusia... Adoi sabar je lah..

Husband pun asyik message pegi jumpa dr cepat... lepas tu message lagi dah jumpa belum.. dia pun risau rasanya...

Tunggu punya tunggu at last sampai turn, explain kat doctor, nak advice dari dia jer macam mana. Then bagitau history yang saya  ni retroverted uterus bla bla bla... Bincang punya bincang... Doctor tak nak kasi any ubat untuk stop darah. Tunggu sampai 7hari. It might be normal menses, it might be bleeding or spotting it 1 day only and it might happen because of hormone factor, stress, implantation dan sebagainya...

Doc just advised " u kena makan pemakanan yang sihat ok" "makan ikan, sayur, susu sebab darah u keluar" dengan bertenangnya... hua hua... "ok baiklah doc."

Kawan-kawan sekalian... Tolonglah doakan saya sihat ya... Itu jer doa saya... Mengharapkan ianya bukan bad sign untuk saya :(

Masih lagi tak sedap hati... Saya duk google sana sini...Based on forum ada feedback yang macam ni:

"According to the book Taking Charge of your Fertility by Toni Weschler, a day or 2 light bleeding right around ovulation is normal. It is another fertitlity sign that can help us identify where we are in our cycle. Its usually the result of sudden drop of estrogen just before ovulation & tends to occur more often in long cycle.


I personally have this kind of bleeding and had a cycle length of around 35 days. Was pretty worried initially & even had an ultrasound done to check for cyst but everything turn up fine. But after reading the above mentioned book, make me feel really relieved."   Sejuk sikit hati... Tapi terlalu awal untuk mengatakan apa-apa... Saya berharap say sihat. Itu aje... Mengharapkan doa kawan-kawan juga...

Kalau based on BBT saya rasa macam ovulate, tapi hakikatnya apa berlaku dalam badan saya, Allah SWT jer yang maha mengetahui...Kalau prediction saya silap, saya pasrah, saya bukan tuhan.
Kalau berterusan, mungkin menses yang datang terlalu awal... cuma agak pelik sebab temperature saya tinggi pagi tadi berbanding hari-hari sebelumnya.

Saya boleh buat kerja macam biasa cuma ada pening sedikit start dari masa dekat klinik tadi. Takpe pun cramp macam nak period atau sakit belakang... Rasa rileks jer... sebab tu terkejut bila nampak darah...

Apapun berlaku, saya redha, saya harap sangat bukan bad sign untuk saya... Amin ya rabbal alamin....

Oh I just realized that...

Oh i just realize that i still new in my TTC journey.... So no stress ok... It's not good for your health...
Tetiba terasa nak meng update tickers yang dah lama tak terusik tu... Bila letak tarikh kahwin.. Belum pun 2 tahun lagi... 

Kenapa TTC journey saya baru 6 month? Sebab saya letak date hari pertama saya jumpa Gynea discuss about TTC. Sebelum ni saya tau period saya haywire, penah jumpa Dr medical biasa tapi tak pernah seek advice from Gynea. Maybe silap saya jugak sebab lambat, tapi takpe, i won't regret my pass 1 year because i am enjoying my honeymoon year so much...

My 10months 3weeks and 4days pun still in honeymoon mood lagi... Apatah lagi kalau dapat ticket pegi Lombok nanti... Aish Airasia bila nak kasi ticket nih? Tertunggu tunggu la pulek... kekeke

Kawan-kawan kat opis duk cakap, Hai Nazirah diaorang nak prepare mock ticket dulu, nak set event dulu, ni lah winner dan sebagainya... Sure lambatla jugak...Silap-silap you kena ambik gamba kat Lombok kasi kat Airasia untuk diorang nyer promo...Err gulp...

Ok, whatever lah.. Yang penting dapat ticket, pastu leh gi travel... weehoo.. :)

Body Basal Thermometer

Ha.. saya agak tak puas hati dengan cycle kali semuanya gara-gara suhu nampak stagnant jer... eee tak suker.. So sy tau yang saya kena cari Body Basal Thermometer ni supaya lebih accurate dan nampakla perbezaan temperature on daily basis. Bila tengok kat farmasi ada la brand OMRON tapi mahal la pulak, harga nak dekat RM100 ade jugak yang jual RM100++

Err bajet agak lari bulan ni sebab banyak duit terbang untuk hal-hal rumah.
Bila survey-survey dekat internet, ada satu website ni nama dia Hamil Comel, website dia http://hamilcomel.blogspot.com

Sebelum ni pernah beli OPK dengan HPT kat website ni. Tak mahal harga dia RM25= 12 pieces ok la kan.Yang thermometer ni pun tak mahal RM 36 inclusive postage, ok la kan...

Lepas bayar, esok tu dia post dan dah pun sampai... Ha dah boleh guna... Lebih semangat la menyukat suhu lepas ni... :)

Ha senang tau. Sape-sape nak guna untuk demam pun boleh jugak :)

Syukur Alhamdulillah

Balik dari kerja semalam... Hubby and i kasi kucing kat luar makan (Bubu & Hero), lepas tu kasi kucing kat dalam rumah (Snowy). Lepas tu vacum pasir, hubby pun bersihkan pasir dan bulu-bulu kucing yang terabur sambil borak-borak.. Lepas tu hubby tanya, result contest Air Asia dah keluar? My Latest Obsession

Ehehe... Saya start main kutu semenjak join TM Global ni, sebelum ni saya tak tahu pun ape itu kutu. Indirectly saving la sebenarnya. Tak nak pressure atau fikir sangat pasal anak atau baby... Percaya pada ketentuan Allah without stopping apa yang saya buat sekarang ni, jaga makan, continue excercise (OMG saya bulat!!) dan keep on makan supplement apa yang patut...

I might buat laparascopy... tengoklah keadaan next year macam mana... Tak nak fikir sangat...

Sekarang ni saya happy dengan life saya, probably akan banyak duit terbang sebab pindah rumah dan lain-lain lagi...Start January next year...

Haha saya nak cerita my latest obsession. Kind of related dengan kutu jugak... Sebelum sebelum ni saya guna duit kutu untuk bayar insurans kereta dan kredit kad, sudahnya tak nampak ape pun... Macam boring la pulak... Ada kawan saya beli PSP, iPad, xBox dan macam-macam lagi.. so rasa best jugak kalau beli something dengan duit kutu nie...hehe

Lain orang lain la interest nya kan... Hehe saya ni maybe kaki branded kot... ada 5 beg coach, 1 LV, 1 sunglass PRADA.. So next year saya fikir nak aim for GUCCI... hehehe takpela kan... Sementara kami berdua jer... Maybe kalau dah ada baby nanti banyak nak kena spend untuk baby pulak nanti..

Kenapa saya cakap obsession sebab kelmarin duk pandang website ni, semalam dan juga harini. Selain dari system-system yang saya guna untuk buat kerja. Siap compare price kalau beli dalam USD, Euro atau GBP (Great Britain Pound). Nak ke EU punya country atau Britain bukan senang. Maybe saya beli dengan blogger-blogger yang duduk US dengan UK ni... Atau blogger Malaysia yang ke France masa Paris shopping spree.

Excited. Rasa macam happy jer bila fikir pasal shopping... Lantakla apa orang nak kata, yang penting saya bahagia.. Saya not so into barang kemas.. Especially gold, maybe sebab husband saya tak brape suka saya pakai gold... Gold yang saya ada sekarang pun simpan je dalam almari.

Maybe orang akan cakap membazir je baik simpan duit. Tapi kalau duk simpan lepas tu mati awal, orang lain yang enjoy duit kita buat ape kan.. Pada saya kita kerja penat-penat, kita patut reward diri kita sendiri.

Ada ker orang lain nak rewardkan kan... Company reward kita dengan bonuslah... itu yang kita kena kerja bersungguh-sungguh.

Ha ni lah dia beg dan sunglass GUCCI yang saya suka tu :P

Ha saya sangat excited...Harap-harap GUCCI US atau France ada sale dan lagi murah la masa sale tu nanti... Kalau ade 30percent sale, total about USD941++ 

Siap risik-risik ngan Syahril, dia kata GUCCI ada sale jugak cuma tak tau bila time sale tu...

Dalam RM2700 jugakla... So kalau kutu saya RM2400, top up RM300 jer lagi... Wa... happy nye :) :))

Berangan memang best, tapi insyaallah akan di implement kan next year... Amin... Semoga Allah makbulkan...

TGIF

TGIF, Syukur, hari ni dah hari jumaat... Esok boleh cuti dan merehatkan diri di rumah...
Setelah hampir 2 bulan ber bbt, saya lebih memahami tubuh badan saya sendiri. Terutama dalama usaha TTC saya ni.. Hari ini 2 November, oh sudah hampir penghujung tahun nampaknya... Malah 18 Disember 2012 ni genap perkahwinan saya dan suami masuk 2 tahun...

Kami lebih mendapat rentak masing-masing.. Lebih memahami antara satu sama lain.. Insyaallah bulan Januari nanti kami akan pindah ke rumah yang kami beli...

Tak sanggup nak dup dap dup dap lagi... saya dengan lajunya beli HPT clear blue sebab orang kata result dia accurate... Ok.. bangun tido pagi tadi, temperature saya drop ke 36.3 dan stain dah jadi dark coklat...
Mula-mula semalam pinkish, lepas tu light brown malam tadi dan pagi ni dah jadi dark....

So saya memang assume itu spotting menses saya... Lebih kuat lagi sebab semalam.. It should be anytime...
Walaupun fresh blood merah masih belum keluar.. Saya yakin harini akan keluar jugak nanti....

Inilah result HPT saya....

Takde line kat tengah-tengah tu, means negative HPT. Saya dah jangka pun sebenarnya....
Takpelah... cuba lagi next cycle... Saya alhamdulillah ok.. Takde nak nangis-nangis lagi dah... Husband pulak yang risau.. Dia takut saya stress...
Saya takkan putus asa untuk mencuba... Sebelum ni cycle saya panjang.. CD32,CD35,CD52,CD45 semua pernah.. Masa tu saya tak buat BBT.. Takde makan folic acid, EPO,vit E, Vit B dan vit C dan saya realize body saya perlukan supplement untuk jadikan cycle saya normal macam orang lain...Alhamdulillah kali ni cycle saya 27hari sahaja... Oh saya normal... Syukur Ya Allah... :)

Saya juga kawal pemakanan, kurangkan fast food... Saya tak minum air berkarbonat since Apr12..
Cuba makan banyak buah-buahan dan sayur-sayuran... Sejak September lepas, saya minum jus avocado buat ala-ala smoothies..

Dengan ber BBT juga buat saya senang nak predict bila waktu subur saya, bila saya ovulate dan saya rasa accurate sebab saya nampak perubahan suhu saya dengan ketara.. Istilah dalam BBT ialah Biphastic Patern


Biphasic PatternA menstrual cycle in which ovulation occurs typically shows a clear and sustained thermal shift, which continues throughout the luteal phase.Progesterone is a heat producing hormone which is produced after ovulation and throughout the luteal phase. This is what causes the temperatures to shift into a biphasic pattern and differentiates between the pre and post ovulation temperatures. Ovulation occurs on the day before the sustained temperature rise and cannot be confirmed until at least 3 temperatures are recorded which are higher than your pre ovulation temperatures.Temperatures may rise slowly, rise and fall (but stay above your pre ovulation temps) or rise sharply.As ovulation cannot be confirmed until after the temperature shift, some women also use OvulationPredictor Kits (OPKs), which detect the surge of luteinizing hormone (LH) which occurs between 24-36hours prior to ovulation.Example of a biphasic pattern with a clear and sustained temperature shift after ovulation:

Macam tu lah patern BBT saya cycle Oct12 ni malah bulan Sept pun almost similar cuma saya tak catit suhu dari day1 menses saya. Ovulate pun agak lewat compare dengan cycle October.


Saya akan teruskan usaha... Chaiyok chaiyok... Kepada TTCian yang lain, teruskan berusaha ok!!!!

Oh hubby ku....

Hari  ni bukanlah hari yang terlalu bz, tapi since dekat opis saya rasa tak sedap badan... Asyik nak makan benda manis tapi tak lalu nak makan benda-benda lain sangat... Crave...
OMG... Dalam fikiran.. Nak period ker? Errr

Tengah TTC ni tentunya menharapkan khabar gembira tapi tak nak fikir sangatlah... Redha jer atas ketentuan Allah...

So balik rumah, terasa nak wee wee (istilah kitaorang kalau terasa nak terkencing)... so ke toilet dan jumpa light pinkish-brownish stain... lepas tu rasa nak wee wee lagi... ade lagi stain light brownish colour... hmmm dup dap dup dap....

So cari HPT... nak tengok.. kalau negative, maybe esok keluar fresh blood kot... Kalau ye, alhamdulillah syukur sebab tandanya saya sihat... esok CD28, 13 DPO... oh seumur hidup saya, cycle saya selalunya 30++ ke atas, sekali jer, saya pernah dapat CD29... Kalau dapat CD28, memang amazing... perfect...

So lepas test... nampak takde pape... Monyok sikit... takpelah.. maybe rezeki later, insyaallah...lepas tu hubby pun balik dari kedai mamak... dia tanya sayang buat ape tu?
Saya jawab, takde ape... Terus peluk dia... dia cakap jangan peluk dia busuk bau kedai mamak.. Takpe.. nak peluk jugak... Lepas tu tunjuk kat dia dan cakap, belum rezeki lagi...

Dia pujuk saya, takpe...  Temperature sayang macam mana? Turun ker? Saya cakap belum lagi... Tetiba tanya temperature, rasa terkejut jugak... prihatin rupanya dia sebab dia slalu sedar masa saya duk sukat suhu pagi2 hari... huhuhu...
Taknak stress2 tau...Ok saya cakap... Kutip HPT tu sebab nak buang... Tiba2.. eh2 macam ade satu faint line.. light sangat... betul ke HPT ni?? 

Err... tiba2 happy... dan terfikir implantation bleed? dah DPO12? Ntahlah...
Allah yang maha mengetahui... Apapun yang berlaku hari esok, saya redha dan pasrah pada ketentuannya... Kalau period pun alhamdulillah, kalau pregnant pun syukur alhamdulillah...

As of 10.40pm. Takde pape spotting dah, last masa sebelum sembahyang maghrib tadi...
Just wait and see how it goes tomorrow... i am prepared for anything.... Yabbi yasir wala tuassir... Permudahkan lah ya Allah... Amin...
